sports specific and rehabilitation exercises - the K2 does it all according to BodyCraft! Their Space efficient "corner" design and that offers two weight stacks allows for multiple users, or quicker transitions from exercise to exercise for one user.

This home gym offers all the normal workout options you would expect in a home gym. In addition they have a special 1:2 ratio for the bench press and squat movements that offer up to 400 pounds of resistance. This is more resistance then most home gyms offer.

In addition BodyCraft offers a lifetime warranty on this product.

Customers are very pleased with the BodyCraft K2. What they like is that it is built solidly. One of the challenges with ordering a large home gym is the assembly. While the assembly did take owners a significant amount of time they found the directions to be excellent and that every thing fit together as described in the instructions.

Another aspect that customers really like was they when they called the 800 number they got to talk with a real person.

Another aspect that was really a big selling point for this home gym was the squats. A complete squat can be performed to exhaustion while still staying completely safe. This is excellent as the squat is the single best exercise you can perform for building muscle on your body.

One point to pay attention to is that when you unpack the machine be sure and keep all the nuts and bolts in the bags. The instructions will refer to the labels on the bags which makes assembly easier. Follow this customer recommendation to safe time.

On thing you should be aware of is that when performing exercises like the bench press on this machine the selected weight will be more then is indicated. Users seem to think BodyCraft did not include the weight of the handles, so consider this when selecting your weight.

The over all opinion of those who own this home gym is that it is great. There are only minor grips about how the vinyl covers do not quite fit perfectly. But there are only positive reports for the ability of this machine to last many years while providing you with many great workouts.

The unique doubling feature provides a 1:2 ratio for presses and squats up to 400 pounds on the 200 pound weight stack! The Press Arm is built strong enough for dips! the fully adjustable Functional Training / Cable Arms provide the user with over 100 exercises! Every exercise you have ever performed with dumbbells can be duplicated here! This station also includes a High Pulley for Lat Pull Downs, Tricep Pushdowns, etc. The self aligning Leg Extension / Leg Curl provides a seated Leg Extension and Standing Leg Curls to fit any user. Mid Pulley for Ab Crunches and Triceps Extensions can all be done on this station.

Exercise Charts: The K2 also has exercise charts that are built onto the machine to help you learn and refresh yourself on proper form and which exercise is best for the muscle group you want to improve.
