What people like about this machine is the sturdy solid construction. Unlike some home gyms where you wonder if they are going to tip over when you use it the EXM3000 lets you focus on your lifting.

Additionally the three different stations allow at least two people to workout at the same time which is very time efficient.

For some people going through therapy this machine will allow you to perform just about any exercise brand2wcm you need for rehabilitation of a shoulder or knee for example.
